To All Residents in the Village and Town of Palmyra
As many of you may have heard, Finger Lakes Ambulance will begin providing ambulance service to your community soon. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you.
Finger Lakes Ambulance has been serving the emergency medical transportation needs of the greater Finger Lakes region since 1955. We staff Advanced Life Support personnel on every ambulance, bringing the latest technology and the highest level of experience and training to the patients we serve. Our goal is to provide all patients with the best possible level of care during any medical emergency.
For many years you have been well served by the dedicated volunteers of the Palmyra Fire Department. It is with our deepest respect that we acknowledge their service to your community. We look forward to developing a partnership with them in this endeavor.
Finger Lakes Ambulance is able to provide this service without tax dollar support, ultimately allowing your tax dollars to support other necessary community projects. We offer direct claims submission to all health benefit programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, Excellus BC/BS, MVP, and all healthcare insurance companies licensed in New York State. More importantly, all 911 patients are transported regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
We understand that our presence represents a significant change for your community. We look forward to providing you with the highest level of emergency ambulance service as we develop this partnership for your health and safety.
