All requests for emergency ambulance response are received through our Communications Center.  When an emergency call is received, our Communications Specialist will request the basic information necessary to dispatch the ambulance, and then stay on the line with you until help arrives.  On average, Finger Lakes Ambulance is responding to a call for help in less than a minute from the time of the call.  Often, the Communications Specialist will be able to provide life-saving instructions until the ambulance arrives.

Finger Lakes Ambulance utilizes a fleet of late model, well maintained ambulances to respond to your medical emergency.  Each unit is a mobile emergency department, carrying a full compliment of medical supplies and state-of-the-art equipment.

911 Emergency Response

Finger Lakes Ambulance is the primary 911 response provider for Clifton Springs, the City and Town of Geneva, and the Town of West Bloomfield.  Finger Lakes Ambulance also offers mutual aid response to the entire Finger Lakes region by request.

Additionally, Finger Lakes Ambulance often responds as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) unit, providing a New York State certified ALS technician to assess and/or treat patients with potentially life threatening conditions.
